Permissions for NICA NOEL® SHE REIGNS Competition
By participating in the NICA NOEL® SHE REIGNS Competition (“Competition”), all contestants, legal guardians (for minors), and collaborators grant the following permissions:
1. Media Usage
1.1. Participants grant NICA NOEL® and its authorized partners the right to record, photograph, film, and capture content during all stages of the Competition, including rehearsals, events, and awards.
1.2. Content featuring participants may be used for promotional purposes across various platforms, including but not limited to:
- Social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Websites and blogs.
- Printed materials such as flyers, posters, or brochures.
- Media interviews, press releases, and advertisements.
1.3. This permission is granted without compensation, royalties, or time limitations.
2. Participant Representation
2.1. Participants authorize NICA NOEL® to use their name, age category, and biographical details for event-related purposes, including program materials, promotional features, and competition results.
2.2. Legal guardians for participants under 18 years old must provide explicit consent for media representation and publication.
3. Publicity and Branding
3.1. Participants agree to represent the NICA NOEL® brand positively and refrain from using the brand name, logo, or associated content for personal, political, or controversial purposes without prior written consent.
3.2. Winners may be required to participate in publicity events, interviews, or campaigns post-competition as part of their role as representatives of the SHE REIGNS Competition.
4. Creative Materials
4.1. Any costumes, artwork, or other materials created or presented during the Competition may be photographed or filmed by NICA NOEL® for creative archives or marketing purposes.
4.2. Participants retain ownership of their creations but grant NICA NOEL® the non-exclusive right to feature them in related content.
5. Copyright Release
5.1. Participants release all rights to footage, photographs, and recordings captured during the Competition and understand that such materials may be edited, reproduced, or adapted for different formats as needed by NICA NOEL®.
5.2. Participants acknowledge that these materials will remain the property of NICA NOEL® and cannot be reclaimed.
6. Consent Withdrawal
6.1. Participants may withdraw consent for media use at any time by providing a written request to the Competition organizers. However, previously published content may remain in circulation.
6.2. Withdrawal of consent may affect eligibility for future competitions or promotional opportunities.
7. Liability Waiver
7.1. Participants agree to hold harmless NICA NOEL®, its affiliates, and its representatives for any claims or liabilities arising from the authorized use of images, footage, or promotional content.
8. Agreement
8.1. By registering and participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and granted these permissions.
