REFUND POLICY

Nica Noel® Return Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

At Nica Noel®, we take pride in the quality and intention behind our products and services. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Physical Products

Returns are accepted on unused, unopened physical items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once the return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Digital products, downloads, and online content

  • Courses, memberships, subscriptions, and guided programs

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Event tickets or registrations

  • Used or opened self-care, beauty, or personal items


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nicanoel.com with photos of the issue. We will review and determine a replacement or store credit where applicable.


4. Services

All services—including consultations, creative services, UGC, medical home care, and event services—are non-refundable once booked or rendered.


5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after return approval and inspection.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns may be refunded according to this policy, and a new order may be placed separately.


7. Policy Updates

Nica Noel® reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
