Eligibility
Affiliates must be 18 years or older and approved by Nica Noel®. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

Affiliate Links & Promotion
Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link. You may promote Nica Noel® products, services, and programs through approved channels only. Misrepresentation, false claims, spam, or unethical marketing is strictly prohibited.

Commissions
Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link. Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment schedules are determined by Nica Noel® and may change at any time with notice.

Payouts
Payouts are issued only after verification of completed transactions and the refund period has passed. No commission is paid on refunded, disputed, or canceled orders.

Brand Use
Affiliates may use approved Nica Noel® branding materials only. Altering logos, misuse of trademarks, or presenting yourself as the owner or official representative is not allowed.

Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:

• Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives
• Bid on Nica Noel® brand keywords in ads
• Promote on illegal, offensive, or inappropriate platforms
• Use affiliate links for personal purchases

Termination
Nica Noel® reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or actions that harm the brand.

Independent Contractor
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Nica Noel®.

Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
